the rooftop bar was there and its view, i guess, met my expectations.
the room service wasn't available at all hours, imagine my dissapointment. also, that minibar fridge looked ancient and didn't even work, so i couldn't even chill my beverages. i felt that was just not acceptable for a place that calls itself five-star.

Wonderful Stay on Giudecca Island

The shuttle service proved very useful. It goes directly to st mark's square every twenty minutes. The rooftop pool and bar were excellent. The views were great. I really liked the architecture of the building and the quality of the interior. It smelled amazing upon arrival (a detail i really appreciate).
One minor issue, the air conditioning sometimes shuts off automatically.

The breakfast buffet offers a great selection. I especially liked the passion fruits. The rialto bar provides good food options, and the rooftop bar offers fantastic views alongside enjoyable drinks (the cocktails are yummy!).

The staff was all very professional and pleasant. The front desk team, including Daniela and Beatrice, was particularly helpful and friendly. I found the concierge service efficient in arranging transportation and providing helpful recommendations.

The room was super clean. The hotel provides a private boat service to central areas, super convenient. The timetable is conveniently available at the reception. I found that there was no need to book in advance.
The air conditioning shut off automatically all the time. I woke up sweating one night because the ac had shut off in 90 degree weather. The plumbing stinks and will start to bubble as you shower. The staff is MEH!!!

the hotel shuttle cost 15 euros per person per stay and that seemed like an unnecessary additional expense. it was convenient, but i wish it had been included in the room price or offered at a lower rate.

the boat service to st marks square was alright. it came pretty often.
The check-in took forever. I waited like twenty minutes. also, there werent any water bottles in the room when i got there. i had to pay extra for it too which sucked.
